Reformat Procedure

1. Back the system up
2. Clean & test the computer
3. Reinstall back to factory stock 

Cleaning:

You need electronic wipes and screen cleaning wipes.  They do sell a combo wipe that is safe for screens.

1. Macrium:
1. Clone to 2TB USB backupV
2. Verify (checkbox = auto)
3. Manually test mounting
2. Clean:
1. Electronic wipes
2. Monitor wipes
3. Dust (keyboard, inside of case, fans, power supply, etc.) 
3. Belarc to 2TB USB
4. Memtest86+ (6 passes)
5. HDTune (verify HDD speed & status) 
6. Copy any non-copy files (ex. Favorites from Chrome, email NK2, etc.) 
7. Uninstall Office & Adobe (for license de-registration)
8. Gather install media (OS & software)
9. Install Windows & Office, drivers, updates, activate Windows & Office
10. Install 2014 standard software package
11. Install customer software
12. Copy Macrium clone to desktop & recover immediate files (desktop, my docs, etc.)
